Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
