The Leadership Track Graduate Program at Maple Leaf Foods is a three-year rotational development program designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to become a future leader in the company.
Program OverviewThe program consists of three diverse and meaningful roles across the following areas:
- Operations: Gain hands-on experience and develop on-the-job supervisory skills in areas such as production, health and safety, food safety quality assurance, engineering, six sigma, and supply chain.
- Commercial, Sales, or Marketing: Immerse yourself in our commercial organization and develop skills in customer relationships, data-driven decision making, and brand and category management.
- Support Functions: Develop expertise in areas such as finance, information solutions, human resources, purchasing, strategy, and project management office.
Rotations are across Canada and potentially in our US alternative protein facilities.
