- Merchandising: Work with the buying team to ensure that the store is stocked with the right products, at the right time, and that the store is visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
