Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team at Shermco. As a key member of our Field Services department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' electrical power systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical transformers and other power equipment.
  • Conduct electrical testing and analysis to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical field service or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
