About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Tantalum Mining Corp. of Canada Ltd. in the Mining Industry. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market research, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and negotiate contracts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Mining Industry.
  • Relationship-Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial recommendations.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
