Job Summary

WP Osborne Executive Search Inc. is partnering with Starlight Investments to find a seasoned Commercial Leasing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Business Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and property managers to achieve leasing milestones and asset management objectives.
  • Source and Qualify Prospective Tenants: Identify and engage with potential tenants, gathering necessary information to support lease recommendations.
  • Negotiate Lease Proposals: Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring alignment with asset management goals and securing necessary approvals.
  • Strategic Market Expertise: Provide market research and data to support leasing recommendations, staying informed about market trends and opportunities.
  • Leasing Documentation: Prepare and review leasing documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and coherence.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work with asset managers to create strategic marketing initiatives and develop leasing reports for internal circulation.
Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess a university degree or college diploma and over two years' experience in commercial leasing. Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are essential. Proven experience building relationships with tenants and brokers is also required.
