About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at APM Transportation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Workforce Management: Train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as required.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary work language is English.
  • Work Hours: The typical work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
