Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Hayer Holdings Inc. as a key member of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules, ensuring seamless workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform strategic decisions.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Supervision and Guidance: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Workload: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Teamwork and Communication: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
