Construction Support Specialist

As a Construction Support Specialist at Gill HS Renovations and Construction Inc., you will play a vital role in our projects by assisting in various construction tasks. Your contribution will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Education Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
The position involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment that may be noisy and dusty.
Work SettingWork will take place at various locations, adapting to the needs of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from sites.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt.
- Assist in the framing of structures, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
- Level earth to meet precise grading specifications.
- Pave and rake asphalt surfaces.
- Organize and clean salvaged materials for reuse.
- Manage clean-up of chemical spills and other hazardous materials.
- Remove debris and rubble from construction sites.
- Direct traffic safely at or near construction zones.
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle heavy loads, with weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

- Must be a team player, working collaboratively with others.
No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
