TRJ Telecom Inc. is in search of a proficient Project Operations Supervisor to manage the operations of our Project Management Center, ensuring the effective delivery of projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be tasked with organizing and overseeing the operational workload to achieve the goals established by upper management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or operational leadership
  • Background in the telecommunications or construction sectors
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service focus
  • Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel
  • Fluency in both spoken and written French and English

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee the operational workload as per client requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess resource needs for project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress and key milestones
  • Prepare projects for execution and resolve any challenges that arise
  • Coordinate with suppliers and site personnel to achieve productivity targets
  • Evaluate productivity discrepancies and implement necessary corrective measures
  • Assess customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost project outcomes
