About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital Product to lead our digital product strategy and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our digital products, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Product Development: Develop and execute a product roadmap for our Shopify platform, aligning with our company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather insights, prioritize needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer experience, ensuring that products are designed and developed with the end-user in mind.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, innovation, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading digital product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ecommerce Platform Knowledge: Ecommerce experience is a must, with a preference for experience with Shopify.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic product plans and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies, and experience with digital technologies and platforms.
