Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO Office with its strategic management and operational initiatives. This position is essential for gathering and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and foster business development. By assisting in the execution of the CEO office's functions, this role will contribute significantly to achieving the company's overarching business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to navigate through ambiguity while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines are essential traits for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of CEO Office:
- Coordinate weekly and monthly team meetings, developing agendas and materials in collaboration with business leaders.
- Assist in annual corporate activities, including strategic planning sessions.
- Support the Chief of Staff in crafting essential communications and correspondence.
Executive and Board Communications:
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, including the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Oversee the organization and management of communications from the CEO Office.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through research and writing.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational models aimed at enhancing efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage and execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements to improve productivity.
- Lead and support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the Chief of Staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to synthesize data from diverse sources into clear analyses and presentations.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a global context.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple requests and data consolidation under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and energetic, capable of performing under pressure.
- Able to manage competing priorities across various teams and time zones.
- Knowledge of the Chinese language is an asset.
