We are seeking a visionary Head of School to lead our Alberta Accredited International Schools community. As a dynamic leader, you will inspire and motivate our students, teachers, and staff to achieve academic excellence and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instructional leadership that supports student success and teacher growth
  • Lead a collaborative team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
  • Support staff in implementing effective instructional and assessment practices
  • Manage school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and policy development
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and students

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with K-12 experience
  • Experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal in a multicultural and multi-linguistic community
  • Eligibility to meet Alberta teacher and leadership certification standards
  • International school experience an asset
  • Desirable but not essential knowledge of Spanish
