Executive Director / Head of School

The Prairie Centre for Christian Education (PCCE) is seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to serve as its Executive Director / Head of School. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of Christian education in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the PCCE team
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the school
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community
  • Ensure the school's core values and beliefs are upheld and promoted
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the school's educational program

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in educational leadership and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
  • Commitment to Christian education and values

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $185,000
