The Prairie Centre for Christian Education (PCCE) is seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director / Head of School at Abbotsford Christian School (ACS).

The Executive Director is the chief administrator of ACS and is directly accountable to the ACS Board of Directors. As a strategic leader, they will advise the ACS Board on policy, decision-making, and long-range planning.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator who can implement policies, decisions, and plans using the staff, community of volunteers, and financial resources available.

The Executive Director will model ACS' core values and beliefs, inspire innovative education, foster an environment of team synergy, and operate as a servant leader.

Key responsibilities include motivating, encouraging, challenging, holding accountable, and empowering the ACS Leadership Team to be effective leaders in their own areas.

The Executive Director will demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, patience, honesty, and wisdom in all interactions with staff, students, parents, ACS Society members, and other individuals.

As a skilled communicator, the Executive Director will share the vision and educational philosophy of ACS with the staff, the ACS Society, the wider Christian community, the local Fraser Valley community, and the provincial government.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000, plus an extensive benefits package, and is dependent on an applicant's qualifications and experiences.
