Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our call center team in Laval, Quebec, as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and general inquiries from clients regarding our stocks, prices, and mode of operation.
  • Providing personalized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Informing clients about our various products and services.
  • Guiding clients in the utilization of our website.
  • Promoting in-person visits to our branches.
  • Registering clients to our personalized email system.
  • Performing other tasks related to the role.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the automotive field.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Call center experience is a major asset.
