Position Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Work Schedule

This position operates from Monday to Friday, with hours from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
  • Sales Skills: Engage in up-selling and cross-selling of corporate products and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively, working to resolve any issues related to shipments or technology.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Head Office, local management, drivers, and warehousing staff, to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other key contacts.
  • Technology Utilization: Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control.

Communication Skills

  • Maintain clear and positive communication with all stakeholders, including customers and team members.
  • Exhibit strong listening skills to understand customer needs and feedback.

Personal Accountability

  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, including uniform compliance and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
  • Uphold the values of the organization in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • 3-12 months of experience in customer service and retail environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology and POS systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Proven track record of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team.

Working Environment

This role is situated in a retail center environment, where you will interact with a diverse range of customers and team members.
