Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Program Coordinator to join our team at 2420308 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing child-care programs to enhance children's overall development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support a team of child care professionals to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Activity Planning: Plan and organize engaging activities, such as storytelling, local field trips, and educational programs, to promote children's development.
  • Supply Management: Manage supplies and equipment inventory to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Behaviour Guidelines: Establish and maintain behaviour guidelines to promote a secure and respectful environment.
  • Coordination: Coordinate the work of other child care professionals to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
Requirements
  • Certification: Child Development Supervisor Certification (ECE Level 3)
  • Work Conditions: Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, Flexibility, Team player, Ability to multitask
