Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional quality and service to our valued customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure quality presentation.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
