We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR team at Condor Security Inc.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential employees
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including processing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
  • Maintain employee files and ensure that all employee information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with the performance evaluation process by scheduling evaluations and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed
  • Work with HR team members to prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or College degree in HR or a related field is advantageous
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based task management applications
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
