Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Truck Apprentice Technician to join our team at Humberview Trucks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, diagnosing malfunctions, and ensuring all vehicles meet warranty standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine and transmission problems.
  • Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage and perform warranty repairs as needed.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and meet safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer service and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive apprenticeship experience is preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical repairs.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Dealership experience is considered an asset.
