  • Culinary Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
    • Train and develop staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food preparation and handling practices meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
    • Conduct regular kitchen audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
    • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are within budget and meet company standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
    • Respond to customer feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, execution, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
