About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Agent to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our surface land team, you will be responsible for acquiring and consulting on surface land rights for various projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and consult on surface land rights for projects in various industries, including renewable energy, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in surface land management.
