Currently, Commercial Properties Limited is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee their properties in Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Manager of Building Operations, the Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for planning maintenance projects, ensuring energy efficiency, and maintaining a high level of quality and performance while managing costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance activities and site inspections to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with Client Services Team to deliver exceptional tenant experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor service performance.
- Review property budgets, manage maintenance tenders, and lead emergency planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering with 5-7+ years of experience in Property Management.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and strong organizational skills are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of environmental and safety standards is desirable.
