Position Overview

The Residential Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing various construction projects within the residential sector. This position requires a strong focus on managing both personnel and project timelines to ensure successful project completion.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment
  • Engagement in construction and renovation activities.
  • Primarily focused on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage construction workers and their tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for necessary training.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Set up and maintain equipment for construction tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop methods to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Order and manage materials and supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 1 to 2 workers.

Work Conditions
