Position: Community Health Nurse
- Deliver comprehensive care to clients experiencing acute, chronic, and end-of-life health challenges.
- Engage with clients and their families to set achievable health objectives.
- Evaluate eligibility for services, formulate care strategies, and provide hands-on nursing care.
- Utilize the latest evidence-based practices and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM.
- At least one year of recent experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Possession of a valid BC Driver's License for local travel requirements.
