Procurement Specialist

Five Continents International Ltd. is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
- Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
- Negotiate offers from suppliers, ensuring the best possible prices and terms.
- Consult with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage and supervise a team of procurement staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
- Award contracts to appropriate parties and establish delivery schedules.
- Monitor progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve any problems or concerns.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
