  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of logistics processes.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Ensure all logistics operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, team player, analytical, and proactive
