Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
