We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Nature's Coin Group Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including ledgers and journals.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in accounts payable or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
