Role Overview: Under the guidance of a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications of medium complexity to meet client and organizational needs, while also enhancing our product offerings. You will serve as a subject matter expert in your area and mentor junior developers to help them grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate business and product requirements to devise effective solutions.

- Work alongside peers and clients to troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.
- Contribute innovative ideas during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Provide precise and timely estimates for work efforts, including change requests and project initiatives.
- Develop software applications utilizing modern technologies and programming languages, ensuring reliability and adherence to security standards.
- Ensure code meets all information security protocols by coordinating with the security department.
- Create and maintain system documentation in line with company policies to facilitate support for the software.
- Write high-quality, reusable code following industry-standard object-oriented programming practices.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing complex, scalable applications.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Knowledge of various operating systems including Microsoft, Unix, and Linux.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum), Test Driven Development, and Waterfall.
- Strong grasp of the software development life cycle.
