Pacific Coast Cedar Products Ltd. Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Talent Management: Select, develop, and retain top talent to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
