We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, creating an optimal working environment.
  • Oversee human resource planning and development, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
