  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff on policies, procedures, and effective customer communication.
  • Develop and implement department schedules to meet the fluctuating needs of the business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Food Safety regulations.
  • Motivate and guide your team, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Merchandise and promote products to enhance visibility and drive sales.
  • Set achievable sales goals for the department and track progress toward targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality and ensure accurate store signage.
  • Assume security and key responsibilities in the absence of the Franchisee.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of management experience within fresh food departments.
  • A solid understanding of NOFRILLS' business model and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build rapport.
  • The ability to lead effectively and work independently to achieve goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of produce operations and products.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule.
