About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding discovery and data-driven research to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Design and develop prototypes to test and validate design solutions.
  • Communicate design solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a design role, with a focus on user experience and user-centered design.
  • 1-2+ years of experience leading client engagements and managing design teams.
  • Strong understanding of UX strategy and product design principles.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Miro and Figma.
