About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Learning Advisor with a Preflight Mechanic profile to join our organizational learning team. As an advisor on production training needs, you will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions that help achieve the manufacturing plan's objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preflight aircraft Mechanic.
- College Diploma (DEC) or AEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in learning, adult education, project management, coaching, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence people, team spirit, and adaptability to change.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and proficiency in French and English.
