Key Responsibilities- Strategic Deployment Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with our operations and business functions.
- Change Management: Lead cross-functional business teams to operationalize changes, including new technological enhancements, applications, capabilities, and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage cross-functional deployment teams responsible for implementation activities during the preparation, execution, and stabilization phases, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leadership and other program and project teams to identify sequencing, synergies, and dependencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business requirements to understand current state vs. future state changes, identifying new approaches and solutions to business issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance our operations.
- Operational Experience: 5-7 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 2-5 years in national deployment of processes or technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, project, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism (French and English) is a preferred asset.
- Change Management: Experience with Change Management Methodology, with a certificate or designation preferred.
- Project Management: Experience with Project Management, with a PMP designation preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma: Lean/Six Sigma training, with a Green Belt designation preferred.
