ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EPICOR Implementation Specialist to join our team at Hubstaff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and providing solutions to plant layout and production processes for all operations in the plant, improving manufacturing flexible systems to boost production.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Study new machinery and facilities and recommend or select efficient combinations to improve production efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Conduct studies and implement programs to determine optimum inventory levels for production and to allow optimum utilization of machinery, materials, and resources.
- System Improvement: Improve the system to a more robust and efficient future state mapping of the operations, as compared with the current state in the plant.
- Training and Development: Train operators on the SOP – Standard Operating Procedures and develop a Quality Manual and instructions to ensure quality assurance with six sigma statistical methods and improve efficiency using Manufacturing Lean methodologies.
- Maintenance and Downtime: Develop solutions for minimal downtime and maintenance standards and schedules.
