Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Good Buddy Restaurant (North). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 16-20 staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Good Buddy Restaurant (North), you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to work 30-40 hours per week.
