**What You'll Do:**

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
* Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and create a positive store environment
* Process donations, merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
