Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting relevant products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and loyalty
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
