We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Clerk to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a Family Law Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in preparing financial and net family property statements, drafting documents, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and detailed financial and net family property statements
  • Draft documents as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Write effective correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
  • Manage schedules and act as liaison to third parties
  • Open and close client files, and prepare statement of accounts in PCLaw
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant family law experience
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent
  • Expertise in DivorceMate and PCLaw programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and file management skills
