Family Law Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Clerk to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a Family Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and clients in family law matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial and net family property statements
  • Draft and finalize documents as needed
  • Write effective correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
  • Manage schedules and act as liaison to third parties
  • Open and close client files and prepare statements of accounts in PCLaw
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant family law experience
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent
  • Expertise in DivorceMate and PCLaw programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and file management skills
