Service Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our "we can do that" operation, you will be responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
- Explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers
- Contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments
- Act as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for excellence in execution. Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:
- 1 to 2 years' proven experience in customer service and/or business development
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Proven commitment to quality of work
