About the Role:

The Human Resources Generalist at Pomeroy Lodging LP is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for employees, maintaining high standards of HR practices, and providing exceptional support to the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, providing necessary information and support to new hires.
  • Act as a liaison between managers, teams, and new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist in employee data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience or related education.
  • 2+ years in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
