Position Overview

The role of the Heavy Construction Crew Foreman/Woman involves overseeing and managing construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Education Requirements
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment
  • Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
  • Candidates must be open to relocating as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors or managers to align work efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Document and prepare reports on any accidents that occur.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections of equipment.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Overtime work may be required.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines is essential.
  • Work will be conducted under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • The position is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
