Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the heavy construction crew, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all crew members.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that work meets the required standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a heavy construction crew leadership role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work environment, with overtime required and tight deadlines.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan provided by the employer.
- Financial Benefits: As per collective agreement.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week.
