Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

  • Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures effectively.

  • Assist in planning and managing the departmental budget.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Oversee contract management and payroll processing.
