We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Punjab Street Bar & Grill Ltd. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Qualifications:- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures effectively.
- Ensure seamless communication and information flow within the HR team.
- Assist in planning and managing the departmental budget.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee contract management and payroll processing.
- Manage report generation and maintain database accuracy.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Perform essential bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized and precise in work.
- Reliable and accountable in all responsibilities.
- This is a permanent position.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Expected working hours are between 30 to 40 hours per week.
