Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives focused on municipal water and wastewater pumping stations along with associated linear infrastructure.
- Engage with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise the creation of engineering documentation, including reports, calculations, specifications, and operational manuals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate efforts with multidisciplinary design teams to achieve project goals.
- Guide and mentor junior engineering personnel to foster their professional growth.
- Strategically plan projects while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Uphold the highest quality standards and timely delivery of project outcomes to meet client expectations.
- Assist in the development of engineering proposals to secure new projects.
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere that embodies our core values.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in relevant industry associations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required for this role.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the design and execution of municipal water and sewage infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Established relationships with municipal and private clients, along with experience in engineering consultancy, are advantageous.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
