Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Drawbridge Residences Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents.
  • Infection Prevention and Control: Implement protocols to prevent the spread of infections and maintain a healthy environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for housekeeping operations.
  • Housekeeping Activities Coordination: Plan and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Area Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure they meet safety standards and perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair Services: Manage maintenance and repair services to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure housekeeping operations run smoothly.
  • Laundry Services: Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Duty Scheduling: Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Hire and dismiss housekeeping staff as needed to ensure the team is adequately staffed.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
